What kind of eater are you?
Do you swing from one extreme to the other….
Clean eater by day, but ravenous sweet freak by night? Or are you a weekend wine warrior or cocktail mixologist who on Monday becomes a juice fasting fanatic?Just for the record, I have been all of these and more. I’ve put myself on many diets from carb-free to no-fruit to seven days of lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. So, what did I learn from all of this experimentation?
Flexibility is essential to our well being because as humans, our dietary needs change with the demands of our day, levels of stress, activity levels and states of well being. We need to eat food that best serves the health of our unique bodies. With that being said, we need to welcome all food groups into our diets, eating nutrient-dense foods.
